Hustlers, on today's episode of the Turn Up to Hustle Podcast, we're joined by an entrepreneur, fitness leader, and the founder of San Antonio's growing fitness movement, Booty, Brunch, and Bubbly. What started as a passion for fitness and community has turned into a movement empowering women to get in shape, build confidence, and connect with other like-minded boss women. In this episode, we dive into her story, the personal challenges she had to overcome, and how she built the brand and the women she is today. On today's episode, Veto Holland. Welcome to another episode of the Turp the Hustle Podcast for real estate investors, hustlers, and entrepreneurs. Show their stories, mindset, and hustle behind their entrepreneurship. I'm Michael Giannis, aka Mr. Hustle. To my right, Scott or Moon. Let's go. And today's special guest, Veto Holland. Hi guys. How are you doing? Great, how are you? Before we get started, I'm gonna start off with my hustle. My hustle is real estate wholesaling, real estate flipping, and real estate subject to where we take over properties. When someone thinks of Veto, what's Veto's hustle?

SPEAKER_00

Online personal training, event host, booty brunch and bubbly, and content creator.

SPEAKER_03

Booty, brunch, and bubbly.

SPEAKER_00

Say that three times fast.

SPEAKER_03

Before the baddies with booty, brunch, and bubbly, who was Veto before all of that?

SPEAKER_00

Let's take it back. Yeah, let's take it all the way back. I was 18 and I started my journey in multi-level marketing. I was selling shakes for a living. And I had just graduated high school and I was in college and I was a party girl. I was a big party girl. I had I played sports all throughout high school, but when I got to college, I just started not caring. Um I was eating like crap every weekend. And I just kind of just was living life a little bit. And I got invited to a workout, and that workout was a funnel to the multi-level marketing. And um I got sucked in really quick, and I was like, oh my gosh, I love this. This reminds me of sports, this reminds me of everything. Like, let me, let me like kind of dabble in this. Um, and you know, I just have this energy about me, I guess. And everyone was just like, you need to be a coach, you need to do this, you need to do that. And I was like, you know what, let me try it. I don't, you know, I'm I'm working at the Hyatt Resort making s'mores for a living.

SPEAKER_03

Like real s'mores?

SPEAKER_00

Mm-hmm in 100 degree weather.

SPEAKER_03

Let's pause this real quick. Let's go, let's go back to Santa. You got a live going on right now.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, sorry.

SPEAKER_03

You're from born and raised San Antonio? Born and raised San Francisco. What's that? What high school did you go to?

SPEAKER_00

I went to I graduated from Warren. Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Warren. And then you said you went to college?

SPEAKER_00

I went to UTSA for a little bit. UTSA.

SPEAKER_03

Now, you said something about you were selling shakes. When you were selling shakes in high school or in college? College. In college. Yeah. And you know, she said something about funnels, and it just clicked on me a little bit right now. Well, you're talking about funnels, because obviously we do a lot in real estate here.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

And funnels is a lot of what we do from getting deals to uh growing the Hustle Academy, and just a lot of what we do. And it's crazy how it's pretty much standard in all industries from selling shakes to what you're doing now.

SPEAKER_00

Absolutely.

SPEAKER_03

So you said what sports did you play in college?

SPEAKER_00

Uh I played in high school.

SPEAKER_03

High school?

SPEAKER_00

Volleyball, softball.

SPEAKER_03

Volleyball and softball.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, and a little secret, I was on the bowling team too.

SPEAKER_03

The bowling team?

SPEAKER_00

I made the varsity bowling team as a joke. Yes. As a joke. Me and my best friend, we went on a freaking Sunday. We were a little hungover. Don't tell my dad. Um and yeah, in high school, and they were like, hey, on Twitter, they were like, hey, we have the bowling tryouts today, and me and my friend, like, let's go.

SPEAKER_01

Speaking of high schools, I saw a report the other day on the news. It said that 16-year-olds are drinking 50% less than what they used to a decade ago. I'm like, why is that even being tracked? Why is that a metric we're tracking? That's crazy. She's a statistic.

SPEAKER_00

I am.

SPEAKER_03

Okay. So high school bowling team.

SPEAKER_00

Not too much on me. Not too much on me.

SPEAKER_03

Okay, let's get past that. High school bowling team then went to UTC, what were you gonna major in?

SPEAKER_00

Uh I wanted to go for nursing.

SPEAKER_03

Nursing.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

And then what part were you at nursing and then you got into this? You said you got sucked in. How did you get sucked in?

SPEAKER_00

Uh just the energy, the atmosphere. It was very infectious.

SPEAKER_03

Um, but how'd you how did someone told you about it? Or what is it?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, one of my one of my friends I went to high school with told me about the fit camp, and I was like, okay, cool, let me go check it out.

SPEAKER_03

So you pull up to the fit camp, right? Get the good energy, uh, want to get back in shape because you said something you kind of stopped carrying.

SPEAKER_00

Correct. I gained the freshman 15, and I had my little love handles popping out, and I was like, no, I kind of want to like get in shape, you know.

SPEAKER_03

So freshman 15, Fit Camp. And then when you get there, what was the environment?

SPEAKER_00

Uh just very loud, very like, let's go encouraging. Um, before, you know, in sports, working out was more of like a punishment. Kind of like you're training hard because like you lost the game, so now we're gonna kick your ass on the field or something. This was more encouraging, more like, yeah, you could do this, like just very uplifting. And I really appreciated that. That was the first time I actually enjoyed working out like that and something in that environment.

unknown

That's probably what I need.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I'm not a fan of working. Yeah, I'm not a fan of working out, but maybe that's what I need. Claire why though, so there's context. Context is I was in the army for 12 years. Oh. I was in the army for 12 years, and you work out for 12 years straight, waking up at 3 30 in the morning because you gotta be there at 4 30. It's like a punishment. It's like a punishment. So if I did it for 12 years straight, I would have to work out. Right. But maybe I need the encouragement. Right. Maybe I need to go check out some fit camps.

SPEAKER_00

That's what I'm saying.

SPEAKER_03

Uh okay, so you're in the fit camps. Where do the shakes come in?

SPEAKER_00

Um, that was the so that was the company. And so the fit camp was like, hey, come to the workout, you get a free shake afterwards. Okay. Once you get the once you get a little shake, that's the multi-level marketing.

SPEAKER_03

Okay, now it's Matt. Okay, okay. Now it's coming too. Now I'm taking it. I'm putting the pieces together. Okay, so now you're selling shakes. Selling shakes, how is that money-wise? Like, you know, we're balling here or like we're just kind of paycheck to paycheck.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, mind you, I was a broke college student, right? So when I made my first thousand dollars, I'm like, oh my gosh, I'm rich, you know, a thousand dollars in a month. I'm still living at home. I don't really have much bills other than half my car payment. And I was like, you know, this is great. And yeah.

SPEAKER_03

So I'm a sales guy and real estate guy, right? So when you're selling shakes, was there any type of sales training? Did you do it yourself? Did you kind of YouTube it?

SPEAKER_00

No, we did a lot of, so in in the company, there's a lot of trainings that we do go through. And I mean, it to the point where we had like Saturday schools type of trainings. And it was a lot. Um, again, I was 18 and I went all in. So like I was at every event, I was at every training, I was soaking it all in. Um, and I was literally working from the time I woke up to the time I went to bed. Like it was a daily, everyday hustle grind. People made fun of me all the time. I was posting on social media five, six times a day about the shakes, about the business, because part of that was recruiting distributors to be underneath you. So it was a lot of like, hey, this is what I do, you can make money too. And then a lot of like, this is how I got my results drinking these shakes. You gotta buy these too.

SPEAKER_03

And just so I'm not tripping, it's Herbalife, right? Yeah. Okay. All right. Herbalife, why you laugh?

SPEAKER_00

I don't know, it's embarrassing.

SPEAKER_03

Herbalife? No. No. Herbalife was really big back in the day. It was. I remember when I was in the army, I bought Herbalife. It was. Yeah. Yeah. Supposedly it's still really big, but I'm sure, yeah, I'm sure. I'm sure it is. Yeah. I'm sure it's a multi-billion or million dollar company. Yeah. Yeah. So now you're selling shakes, you're doing what you're doing. What was next for Bettle? You're in U UTSA, you're selling shakes, you're going, you're still going to fit camp.

SPEAKER_01

Pause and pause. You said you were making s'm'ores. Where did that time we got started? I think we're leading towards that, aren't we?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, no, well, that was in high school. So in high school, that was my that was my job. I was working at the Hyatt, making s'mores, and that kind of led into college. And so finally, whenever I started making money in Herbalife, I was like, okay, cool, I can quit my job now, do do herbalife full time, and like do this, do this thing. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So the Hyatt is more like uh like the kids' retreat, I'm assuming? For the Hyatt?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it was it was called the recreation team. So I would like literally like there was a six-foot fireplace and hundred-degree weather, and I was standing in front of it making s'mores for kids. It's insane.

SPEAKER_03

Okay. So then you're just selling shakes. Then what?

SPEAKER_00

So yeah, so I did that for a few years. Um, I ended up dropping out of college. I was like, you know what? I was only going to college to please my parents at this point. They weren't paying for my college. And I was like, well, I'm really happy with what I'm doing. I'm really satisfied with what I'm in, and I feel like this could be the route for me. And one day, it was like the second semester of my second year. I walked into class, my first class, and I sat there and I was like, I don't need to be here. And I literally walked into the office after that class and I talked to the lady. I said, I need to withdraw. She was like, Okay. It was just so easy. I said, Okay. And then I was still living with my dad at the time, so I had to tell him.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. What did he say?

SPEAKER_00

Uh he was not very happy.

SPEAKER_03

And what does he do? And what am I asking?

SPEAKER_00

Um, he at the time he owned an um an automotive shop. And so I sat down for dinner that night and I was like, Well, I had to tell you something. He was like, What's up? And I was like, I withdrew from school today. He was like, You did what? I was like, Yeah, sorry, dad. And um he's like, All right, well, our agreement was while I'm in school, he's not gonna charge me rent, and I only had to pay like half of my car note. But as soon as I get out of school or whatever, then I'm responsible for rent, my car note, and my insurance. And so he's like, Okay, all the responsibility is on you. And I said, Okay, that's fine. And sure enough, I, you know, did my due diligence. I paid everything, and then I think after about a year or so, I was able to move out, get my own apartment, and get my own big girl life started.

SPEAKER_03

So how was that feeling? How was that feeling that the paychecks, I mean the paycheck we gotta start paying, right? Well, how was that feeling from dad's taking care of this to like, all right, now I actually really gotta hustle if you will.

SPEAKER_00

Honestly, empowering. It felt like, no, I'm a big girl now. I can do this by myself. And one thing my dad instilled very young was always take care of your credit and never rely on a man. So it was kind of like, okay, cool, I'm not even relying on you on you at this point. Like, I'm gonna make it happen for myself. And I really was so all in on the business and all in on making it happen. I just had this like insane vision for myself. Like, no, it's gonna happen no matter what. Even if my back against the wall, like I have this whole apartment, you know, bill now, and I have all the electricity, everything is on me. I have to make it happen. There's no choice in not while you were doing that.

SPEAKER_03

Dad was motivating, or dad was like, Oh, go back to college, I told you.

SPEAKER_00

Like a no, he was very neutral. Okay. He just kind of sat back and just kind of watched. Um, my mom was very motivating. My mom was very, you know, my parents are separated. Um, so she was very like, no, you can do this. You got you got this. She was actually coming to the fit camps with me. Um, yeah, so it was nice having her in my corner, and my dad was just kind of like, we'll see what you do here.

SPEAKER_01

How high did you make it in the herbal life?

SPEAKER_00

Um world team, active world team. I forget actually. Wow, it's been years. Um, I was doing fairly well. I think, especially for my age and what I was doing. I I was doing fairly well for myself. Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

As you're selling Sheikhs, like you got burnt out of it, or what was the next thing for Vettel?

SPEAKER_00

So as I got a little older, um, I started to want really want to tap into fitness a little bit more. I hired a coach for myself, and I really wanted to take my body and my results to the next level. Um, and I started doing a lot of research on my own too, and I just kind of figured like, you know, drinking two shakes a day and having these little meals, it's not the best, you know. And I I don't mean I don't I the last thing I want to do is bash any any business out there, and this is just my experience, right? Um, I really did my own research and I was like, this is not what I believe in anymore. Um, this is not what I want to do for myself, so I don't want to sell this to others either. And so when I hired my coach, um, he got me in really great results. Shout out to Miggy. Um, he got me really great results, and I was super lean. It almost looked like I was ready to step on stage, and I felt really, really great. And, you know, my he was nice enough to incorporate at least one shake into that plan. Um, but again, I just did my my research and all that. I was doing shakes because I was still in the business. That was still my income, right? So I'm I wasn't gonna be like, um, I'm not just gonna not do anything. I still wanted to lead from the front. Like I'm telling my clients, like, hey, you gotta do this. Right. I still want to do it for myself. Um, and yeah, so then COVID hit. And when COVID hit, all like everything starts to shut down. And at that point, I was really wanting to get away from herbalife. I was like, I really want to do something else, and I wanted to go in on personal training. And so the gym shut down, and one of my friends at the time, he was like, hey Veto, like I have this garage gym. I train my clients out of there. You know, the world's shutting down. People still are looking to work out and not just be at home all day. Like, if you're down for it, do you want to train out of my garage? And I'm like, heck yeah, like let's do it. So I opened up, I just posted on social media, opened up, hey, I'm starting in-person training. I think I got like 11 clients my first month, which was pretty good for in-person. And I was like, oh wow, I was like, okay, cool. The next month completely booked up. And I was like, okay, cool, this could work. Gym started slowly opening back up. Um, there was this one gym, it was indoor, outdoor. So with the regulations and stuff, they could operate normally. And so I was like, okay, cool. So I started training out of that gym. I mean, I was in the gym from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. some days, trying to get my personal workout in. And between there, I was still selling Herbalife. So I was still on calls from like 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at night, and still trying to get my clients' results. And it was just a lot. So I was working from like literally 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. at night some nights, and it was physical work now, not just yeah, it wasn't just like selling shakes. It was no, I'm in the gym with these clients, sweating my ass off, and then doing all these calls, leading, because I was in the leadership, you know, part of herb life. And so I was leading these calls, training distributors, um, and it was just really, really a lot. So finally, um, I got the opportunity from the coach who I was working with for my personal results. He was like, Hey, I do this online training. I see you're in the gym all day. I see you're doing this, like I know you have a lot of potential. Would you want to do online training with me? And so I was like, you know what? Yeah, but his only stipulation was you can't do herbalife anymore. And I was like, What was the reason? I don't I think he wanted it to be like more of his brand and Herbalife is its own brand, right? And which I understood. Um but it again, I had I was also wanting to step away. I was just very, very scared because that's all I knew from uh the time I was 18 to this time.

SPEAKER_03

What year is this?

SPEAKER_00

This was twenty the end of 2020.

SPEAKER_03

The end of 2020. What was if you don't mind sharing, what was the I guess the peak income a month with herbalife?

SPEAKER_00

For me at that time, I want to say like before training, like 6,000. I was doing fairly well. Yeah, especially for I was what 22, 23? I was doing good for myself. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

But you're still on top of that, you're still doing your training. I was doing it, I was doing the training. You're crushing it. Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. It was yeah. I it was good. It was great. Life was good. I was like, okay, cool, but I was working my ass off.

SPEAKER_03

I was really What was the motivation to work really, really hard?

SPEAKER_00

That's just all I knew. That's all I knew from 18. You know, I love my parents, but they never handed anything to me. Um I mean, I'm very blessed. Like they I always was taken care of, but I it's funny. Ever since since a young age, I just like nice things. I like I like having nice things, and not that I'm materialistic, but it's just I always gravitated towards that. And um just certain things that would stand out to me, and I just I just knew I just wanted better for myself. I saw what my parents went through. Um, I saw what my older brother went through and how he lived his life, and I just didn't want that for myself. I literally took what I didn't want and I applied that to my life to make my life better.

SPEAKER_00

Unfortunately.

SPEAKER_03

Okay. So now you're in a fork and road. Continue doing herbal life, making, I don't know, six to eight G's a month at the age of 22, or let all that go to explore a new opportunity with this new coach.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Decision was made.

SPEAKER_00

Decision was made. I went all in. I got my first month over a hundred online clients. Boom.

SPEAKER_03

So you keep saying online clients. What I'm not a gym freak, right? Yeah. Maybe both of you guys are. I know it's confusing. You're not a gym freak. No, when I tell you no one knows what online training is. So everyone else watching, they're not, I'm not, I'm not the only one.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

What exactly is an online client?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so pretty much you're my client. I'm gonna make you a complete custom meal plan, customized to you, your goals, your body weight, your height, all the things. Um, and then I'm gonna give you a workout plan on top of that. Now I work through an app to where the app has video demonstration, it has a timer on it. So everything is on your own time, but I create the plan, I write it for you, and I give it to you. Every week we do check-ins. It's a pretty extensive check-in list, like 10, 12 questions. Um, and I'm asking, did you eat off plan? Did you do your cardio? Did you um like how's your mental health? How's your sleep? Things like that. Uh, especially I I work with women, right? So our hormones play a big factor into all that. Um, and I'm asking the deep personal questions um just to make sure, like, hey, how's your mental, but also like how's your body feeling? Because I our hormones are freaking insane. So yeah, um, so I do the meal plan, the workouts, the check-ins, and then just having that accountability and support. Um, I noticed that was the biggest thing for me, right? I knew how to work out prior to having a coach. I knew fairly well how to eat, like eat okay. But really, it was that accountability, like having someone in your corner, like, hey, you got this, you can do this, and then also taking the mental stress out of everything. That's the biggest thing, right? Like you can go online, you can chat GPT, like, well, do I do this, do I do that? And it's gonna give you an answer, great, but you're still gonna be second guessing, like, oh, is this working for me? Is this working for me? Rather than, hey, coach, I'm gonna, I'm gonna pay you, and you just tell me exactly what to do. I don't have to think about anything. Like, I literally tell you everything to eat down to the weight, everything. So it takes the mental stress out of it.

SPEAKER_03

Do you get all that from the intake that the client gives you based on their goals, or how does the age and how does how do you factor in on what someone can eat?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so pretty much your age, um, your activity level, your goals, what pretty much what you've been eating recently? A lot of times a lot of my clients are under-eating, so I had to feed them more.

SPEAKER_01

That's what I was gonna ask you, because you mentioned that earlier, and I've gone through a million diet plans and trainers and all that stuff. But for the girls that are watching that are on the first plan you were on, where it's drink nothing but two shakes and some peanuts. Yeah. What uh what was that transformation like for you and what advice would you give to other girls that are undereating, like you said?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, um, don't do that. Don't don't undereat. You know, it I'm at a point now where I've done my research. We want to take care of our hormones for longevity, right? And it's really important that you are fueling your body. We think, like, oh, the less I eat, the skinnier I'm gonna be, and and it's not necessarily true. Our body really goes into that fight or flight mode a lot of times. And yeah, you may lose some weight, but then you're gonna get that skinny fat look. We don't want the skinny fat look. We wanna be toned, we want to be healthy, we want to be strong. And so that's why I'm feeding my clients a lot more protein than what they're used to. Like, whoa, this is a lot of chicken, this is a lot of beef. Yeah, you need it, homegirl.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. So that's the important part too, is that a lot of people, when they think eating a lot, it's because I mean when you get into counting, I mean, when you get into counting calories, there's a lot of food that has a crap ton of calories that does nothing for you. So that's the problem. The problem is people eat a lot of the wrong thing, or even just a little bit of the wrong thing, and it screws you over because you're eating dead calories, versus if you're eating chicken that's got, you know, a whole chicken, if you're eating a whole chicken that's got, you know, what, 80, 90 grams of protein, but it's you know really low on on uh cars and fats. Yeah, exactly. And so you can do that a lot, or you know, a lean steak or whatever, versus eating a pasta that's got freaking 2,000 calories from you know Olive Garden or wherever you're going, and one meal basically runs up your whole calories in the whole day. So it's really important, like you said, to have a lot of people.

SPEAKER_00

And you're gonna feel like crap after eating it. And you're gonna wanna go into a sleep coma. Yeah. Right.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, exactly. I may be ignorant to this. What is skinny fat?

SPEAKER_00

Skinny fat. That's a good question. Okay, so now they call it that Ozempic look.

SPEAKER_01

I'll show you my picture.

SPEAKER_03

No, so now they're calling it the Ozempic look. Oh, the Ozempic look.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so where you're, you know, because a lot of people on Ozempic, they are not eating enough and they're not necessarily working out. So they're just using the shot as, or their GLP, whatever, they're just using the shot as their tool to lose weight, but they're not taking care of themselves too. So they have that skinnier look, but everything's real soft. Everything's kind of still flabby. But you're smaller, but you're flabby. As opposed to when you have muscle on you, when you're eating your protein, you have that toned look. Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Skinny fat. All right.

SPEAKER_00

Skinny fat.

SPEAKER_03

Okay, let's go back into Veto. So Veto is now having you said a hundred clients?

SPEAKER_00

Uh yeah.

SPEAKER_03

A hundred clients. How was that maintaining all a hundred clients?

SPEAKER_00

It was fun. I was like living it up. It was especially just my first month on online training. I had stopped in person, I had stopped the herbalife, so I could really just lock. In on that. And I mean, I just treated it like work as normal. I would wake up, get on my laptop, start working, doing my thing, take some time, go to the gym, come back, do my thing. And it was just like a routine. Um, I really enjoyed being able to see those sides of the girls. Like the everyone was fired up. Everyone was like, oh, Vettel's training now on online. And it was just like a movement almost. And it was really, really fun to where we just created this online community now. And all the girls just came together, we're like, Yeah, we're on Team Vettel, we're on Team. Like, da da da. It was just, it was fun.

SPEAKER_01

Were you doing group Zooms where like everybody was just individual?

SPEAKER_00

Oh, it no, it was all just I'm giving you your plan, you're working on it. Um, but through Instagram, everyone was tagging each other, and you know, and and that that was a community.

SPEAKER_03

So, how long do we do that for?

SPEAKER_00

Uh it's still going. So that was 2020. Um, I was working with with Mgie, and um two years after that, we ended up all going our own ways. And so Vero Fitness Coaching was created, so that's what, three years ago now. Um, so I've been completely on my own for three years, still maintaining a hundred plus, just doing my thing.

SPEAKER_03

100 plus, and that's uh obviously you got 100 individuals all at once. That's a lot of meal plans. There's a lot of meal plans, there's a lot of accountability. It's a lot of messages, it's a lot of conversations every single time. For the most part? Yeah. How does the app look? Is it a better app or is it a third party app?

SPEAKER_00

It's a third party, it's called Everfit, but I'm able to customize everything on my end to where it's it white labeled or it's branded yours or is branded still Everfit. It's branded still everfit.

SPEAKER_01

Have you heard of trainer trainer's eyes?

SPEAKER_00

Trainerize, yeah. See, and I tried that one and it was too confusing for me and for the clients. So I really like the one I'm on now. And it's cheaper than Trainerize.

SPEAKER_03

So now in order to get more clients, how does that work? I know it's a lot of word of mouth, right? I mean, you got that movement going on behind you, but how do we get new clients? What what do you do on the sales side? I want to go on to the business side. As everyone knows Veto as the fitness coach and all that stuff. But what about the business side of Veto? How does that look?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so um Booty Brunch and Bubbly has been a huge funnel, like we talked about, uh, for my online training. And that's another reason why I wanted to start it too. Um, so pretty much what started as again, just for my clients, is turning to this whole community. So now so many more eyes are on me and able to see what I do. Um so it's really a lot of just word to mouth, getting on Instagram, still posting, doing the promotion. I'm not posting five times a day like I was a few years ago, but um it's just consistent, consistent, consistent the grind, like always posting, sharing on my stories, trying to be as personable as possible on Instagram because I'm really big on being relatable, right? Um when you see just like, you know, you see a pretty girl posting pretty pictures, like, okay, cool, but like who is she? So I really try to show my personality on Instagram or on TikTok and really try to get out there and let them know, like, hey, I'm a real person. Like, I like to have fun, I like to shake my booty, you know, when I'm outside, like I like to do these things, but I'm also still on my grind and still very much about my business, very much about my personal results.

Let's go back into that booty, brunch, and bubbly. How did it first come out? Like, what was the thought process of doing that name and where did it come from? And for you guys who are not local in San Antonio, there's a big movement going on. Yeah. A bunch of baddies get together, and it's called Booty, Brunch and Bubbly. Yeah. Right. And Veto, how did you start that? Like, what was the thought process of that exact movement?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so the business side, uh, there's a business and a personal side. I'll get to that. So the business side, I had all my 100 plus online clients that I never got to like see or touch or like, you know, just be able to get to know. So I wanted to create that connection again. The world was opening back up after COVID. And, you know, it's like, okay, cool events. There was nothing going on in San Antonio like that because everything had shut down. And I was like, you know what? I really want to be able to create this. I had experience doing the fit camps in Herbalife for all those years. I was like, I really want to create this group, but I don't want it to be a workout. Like, I don't want it to be like just you go, you sweat your ass off, and I try to sell you something and you leave. I wanted it to be an experience. I wanted it to be something fun. So it started off as booty and bubbly because I wanted the girls to get together, connect with one another, like really like, no, let's enjoy a mimosa, have some girlhood, like really just have them feel like in a safe place where they can really be themselves and just let loose and have fun. Um, even the workouts, I keep them to like 35, 45 minutes, and they're not terribly hard. Like, yes, you're gonna be sore, but it's not to the point where, oh my gosh, that was so hard, I'm never coming back. Like, I want you to feel good after the workout. And so we started it there. Um, it was only eight girls at my first event. 20 signed up, only eight girls showed up, and I was like, okay, cool. Like it, it was cute. I want to do this again. Next event, we had 20 girls show up. And um, it was at that event, I was like, I really think we could do something really great with this. Like the energy was so good. The girls, I just got so much positive feedback. The girls were so excited. They were like, wow, like please do this every month. Like, I need I needed this, I need to get away from my kids to have this girl time. And my husband's not gonna trip because it's 10 a.m. and it's all girls' thing. Like they really enjoyed being able just to have that girl time, just have some fun. And so I was like, you know what, cool, let's let's do this. And so my best friend Angel, he owns Fit Fuel Preps. Um, I sat down with him, I was like, hey, so you know the booty and bubbly thing that I'm doing. He's like, Yeah. I was like, I really want to make this a thing. I was like, booty, brunch, and bubbly. I think it'll be crazy. He was like, absolutely, let's do it. So he caters all my events. And um from eight to 20, our third event, we had like 65 people. We held it at Rev Mortgage and it just blew up from there. I mean, it 65 girls, and it was the most fun event I think still I've had. All the girls, that was the one event where all the girls were dancing, singing, like we were like throwing ass. Like I was like, dang, like, okay, cool. Like this is this is what Booty Brunch and Bubby's supposed to be. And all the girls were just like like popping the champagne bottles. Like it was just a great time. And um, we had vendors at that one too. So our first our second event, we had one vendor because it was a very small venue. That third event, we had like 10 different vendors, and I got to see the value that this event can actually hold, not only for myself, but for other small businesses too. And you know, I work being an entrepreneur, have been for 10 plus years. Um, I work with a lot of other entrepreneurs, and you know, they look out for me, I look out for them, and I'm like, wow, this is another great thing just to help other small businesses get their name out there, get their, you know, business and up and going. And so, yeah, I'm so passionate about it. I can talk about it forever. Um, but that's really just what it is. I just wanted to create a safe space for women to come, have fun, and also to be able to help other businesses succeed as well.

SPEAKER_03

So when these baddies, if you will, right? These baddies show up, what about uh someone who doesn't feel comfortable? Like, oh man, how do you how do you target those audience, right? Yeah. Um, you know, maybe there's some female out there, like, oh, that's not my thing. I'm nervous, I don't know nobody.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

How do you, what message do you have for those girls?

SPEAKER_00

Uh just come. If you don't come with a friend, you're gonna leave with a friend. And I can almost guarantee you that I create that environment for the girls. And I have this, I would almost say this core group of girls that come almost every event. And it's like they they I didn't even have to ask them to do this. They just do it. Like they just go and want to make everyone else feel comfortable too. They introduce themselves. Oh, are you a client of Vettel too? No, but oh my gosh, that's so cool that you came though. Like, that's awesome. Like, thank you for coming. And you know, it's like my these core group just also because I'm only one person. When there's 80 plus people in a room, it's hard for me to get to everyone. But it's like this group of like five to 10 girls just go and go out of their way to make the event just extra special too. Um, even during the workout, I'll try to end with like a partner thing, like, hey, so grab the person next to you, we're gonna do this, and it always just connects, you know, everyone just always connects with each other. Um, you know, I had some feedback at one point, like, no, I feel like I'm too big to be there, or I feel like, you know, it's not for me. And um, that's also not true. Like, even in my promo videos, you see it everyone is all shapes and sizes coming, um, all different colors coming. Like it's it is really all for everyone. Um, I think my biggest thing is like if you're scared, that's something just holding you back. Don't be scared because I promise you, you're gonna leave having a great time.

SPEAKER_01

That's awesome. Yeah, and one event can really change somebody's perspective, whether it's in working out or it's a business event. There's a lot of people who see these things online and see these events and either one think it's, you know, on our side, on the business side, I think it's all just a scam. Yeah. But on your side, like you said, if they think they're scared, you know, because of I don't fit in or I'm not the right shape or size or whatever. So it's really cool that you can break through to those type of people because really can't. I've I've been to a ton of events in my career, and I mean one event can really open your eyes to a certain way of thinking. Kind of like if I said what happened to you, right? You went to an event and now you're doing your own thing ten years later. So yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and I don't even push my training on the events at all. Like I'll mention, hey, if you haven't met me, I'm Coach Fettle, I've been a coach for 10 plus years, and I leave it to the end. Like, you know what I do? When you're ready, you'll be ready, but I'm not like, okay, you need to sign up today, and da-da-da. Never anything like that. I keep it very just we're here to have a good time.

SPEAKER_01

From a marketing stand, I'm like, that's my thing. I am a marketer at my core. Yeah. You have so many good things going. My goodness, we could blow this thing up so big. I love it. You have like I that's what I was gonna ask you. You didn't go to school for business, right? You said so. How did you get all the business acumen, if you will, because a lot of things you're doing, I think, are probably very natural, but from a marketer side, like you're hitting all the things that should be getting done.

SPEAKER_00

So I do give props to Herb Life for that. You know, I was in it for years, and when I tell you I was in it, like I was at all the business trainings, and they really did a great job at breaking all that down. Um, and again, it's all I've known since I was 18 years old. So it's like instilled in me at this point. Like it's just a part of what I do. Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

No, that's awesome. Kudos to you because there are a lot of people I know that have good-sized businesses, but just have no idea what's actually going on or how to touch somebody, how to make them feel a certain type of way that way they want to spend with you without having to even pitch, like you've got all the rights.

SPEAKER_00

You know, I will say I do owe it a lot to personal development as well. I was not always this happy, bubbly, inviting person. I can even say I used to be a very like mean girl. Um, I did not have a great childhood growing up. I was very close off to a lot of people, and I just felt like I had this wall over me. And it got to a point where I was on a vacation and I remember my mom texting me, and I got annoyed that she texted me. And it was, I kind of just had this realization, like, dang, like I I'm very cold hearted. Like, I don't even miss my mom. And uh I can kind of like tear up, think about it. But like it's it came to a point where I was like, I have to do a lot of healing on myself if I want to be successful in anything that I do. And I had a lot of feedback from my higher-ups telling me, like, hey, like you, you struggle growing a team. You do. And I was like, I know I can get a lot of clients, but I can't grow a team underneath me. And it's because I had that just that huge wall just built up towards people. I didn't trust people, felt like everyone was gonna hurt me eventually. And so, I mean, I I went to trainings in LA, I went back and forth, spent so much money to really work on myself, work on myself internally. Um, and I really had to break that wall down, but build it back up with love this time. Yeah, and um, that was a huge game changer for me. I mean, everything changed, like my whole, like I am not the person I am 10 years ago. And of course, we grow and we change, but um, through personal development and really working on myself, I can truly say it changed my entire life.

SPEAKER_03

You talk about this wall a lot. Why do you think that wall was there to begin with?

SPEAKER_00

Um, I was hurt by um I was hurt as a kid by a trusted family member and uh for years, six years. And it's not easy. This person's still in my life. You know, I had to do a lot of forgiving, working on myself. Um but yeah, it was also said a lot of healing. A lot of healing.

SPEAKER_03

How do you heal?

SPEAKER_00

For me, I had to deal with what I went through. I would always try to block it out. I would always try to like, oh, it just is what it is, right? And um a lot of I went to a therapist, I went to a few therapists, um, but I really feel it was more of the internal work on me through just my daily actions that really helped me break through that barrier rather than just talking to someone about it on the type like, no, I gotta put in the work, not just talk. And so um I had to face that person face to face, and I had to say, like, hey, I forgive you, not for you, but for me. I have to forgive you. Um I'll never forget what you did, ever. But for me to move on with my life and for me to be better, I really need to take care of this internally. It's still fuck you, but I forgive you.

SPEAKER_03

I'm sure there's a lot of people in your same shoes you were back then that can't do what you did. Yeah, you know, when you have to say to them, you have a choice.

SPEAKER_00

You have a choice to work on yourself and to be better. Your past is not who you are right now. And for you to want a better life for yourself, you have to be willing to do the work on yourself. Um, I can I could be a totally different person I am today. I could I always say that. If I were to not work on myself and just to be the stereotype of what happened to me and how you know a lot of girls turn out, I could be someone totally different. But no, I chose to do the work and put in like the footwork for it. So you always have the decision to change your life.

SPEAKER_03

A lot of support from mom.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Yeah. A lot of support from mom. My parents hit or miss, yeah, because that that person is also again still there. So I I did feel betrayed a lot, even by my parents. Um but again, I I had to forgive them as well. I I couldn't just sit back and just be this angry, angry person all the time. Like it's just not who I wanted to be. I s I see it, I still see it to the day. And so when that person still makes excuses for the way they are, no. I don't I don't accept excuses. You have you have the choice to change. You're just not willing to.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, definitely a strong topic. So kudos for you to for sharing with uh the ministers you're sharing about it. So let's go back into this thing where you talk about your core girls. Yeah, because when you think of core girls, I know. Yeah, that's what I'm kudos to you, because I know I don't know if you were even planning on talking about that. So not at all. Yeah, so glad you got that off your chest. Yeah. Good for you. Um you talk about those core girls, right? The core girls, that's what I call culture, right? Yeah, five to ten girls that's out there at the booty brunch of bubbly, bettle this, bettle that, bettles awesome. Why do you think they do that? Is there was it instilled in them? You think what was what's their motivating factor? Is it because you guys are really good friends? How do you do that without enforcing it, if that makes sense?

SPEAKER_00

You know, I'm really big on when you take care of people, they're gonna take care of you. And I don't pay these girls to do it. Like they just show up and they do it, and a lot of them are my clients and a lot of them are my friends. Um and I think, and it sounds crazy, but I became the person to allow that from people because I that's how I am for my girls. Like, whatever you need, I got you, and they know that. So where I don't even have to ask them to do anything. They're just like, this is how she is, this is how I want to be for them or for for me. So um I'm just very I'm very, very grateful for my girls. Like I have this huge support system. Um and I think again, I just became that person who's open to that. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I think it's super cool how business is what helped you obviously not just become the person you are financially, but from a personal standpoint, like you said, overcome a lot of those challenges. Interesting because I feel like entrepreneurs do have to put up with so much. And not necessarily that it correlates, I don't think it does, but it's just very interesting to me that that's what actually helps you get over that hump and a lot of the personal development. And there's a lot of people that say, oh, that's all just, you know, cocoa wash or brainwash or it's just junk, somebody's just trying to make, you know, money on a seminar or whatever. So if there was like, I don't know if there's a specific book that you read or a specific speaker that you would recommend, but what would what do you think is one of the top things you learned in that personal development that really got you over the hump?

SPEAKER_03

Let me ask you something. You ever thought about investing in real estate but assumed he needed perfect credit? A huge savings account or a bank willing to say yes? That's exactly why we're excited to partner with our guy Mike Leva at Conventus. Conventus is a real estate lender built specifically for investors and not homeowners. They help people fund deals like fix and flips, buy and hold rentals, and even ground up construction. And here's the part most beginners don't realize Conventus doesn't lend based on your W-2 income or your personal credit score. They focus on the deal itself, the value of the property, and the numbers behind it. That means investors can often access higher loan amounts and more flexible terms than a traditional bank, sometimes with rates that are more competitive than people expect. So instead of asking, do I qualify? The better question becomes, is this a good deal? If you're serious about getting to real estate investing and want a funding partner that truly understands investors, reach out to our go-to guy at Conventus, Mike Leva, today using the link in the show notes and see how real estate investors are actually getting deals funded.

SPEAKER_00

One of them was The Power, the book The Power. Second one was, God, what's the name? Oh, it's gonna bother me now that I can't think about it. Um, it was some I'm gonna have to do my research. It was so long ago, but I still remember it was it's talking about being a victor or a victim. And um, that was my biggest takeaway from everything. It's like, no, again, you choose what you put up with and how you react, right? Like you can't control your circumstances, but you can always control how you react to those. So are you a victim in this situation or are you gonna choose to be a victor through it? And so I was like, you know what? No, like I'm tired of being a victim. Tired of it. Like I want to be the victor in everything I do now.

SPEAKER_01

It's an interesting topic because I mean, you know, being around me, anybody's been around me. I always specifically choose to be positive about anything. Yeah. Yesterday that my car got broken into and like sold a whole bunch of jewelry and stuff. I don't care. I got home, my girl was like, I already knew you were gonna be in a good mood. She's like, You just I don't know how you do this. You're always in a good mood. And it's just because it's literally your choice. Like there's nothing you can do about what happened in the past, or whether it was five minutes ago or five years ago, there's literally nothing you can do about it. And so there's a I forgot the guy's name. I met him once, but it's called the five-minute morning, and he's got some other stuff that I haven't heard about that. Yeah, so he's got another thing. Be mad, go through it for five minutes. And that that's the different thing. There's two different things he teaches. One's five minutes, or the it's miracle morning, and then the five minutes something else. But basically, it's like go through what you gotta go through, go in a closet, go wherever you gotta go, cry, yell, scream, squeeze something, do what you gotta do. But after five minutes, that's it. There's nothing you can do about it. Like it is done, it's over. So if you wanna like ruin your whole day over whatever somebody flicked you off, or you know, threw a pizza at your windshield, whatever it is, like there's literally nothing to do about it. And so I think that's a really good thing to live by. And like, I don't know, I don't know how to get to clicking a lot of people that I know that I wish, like, dude, you're such a good person, you could do so much if you would just get over your freaking attitude and like what's going on with you. But a lot of people can't. So huge, huge, huge kudos to you for figuring out that. That's like a life hack, honestly. If you can choose to be happy, you know, we're gonna be able to do that. I mean, I was angry for years.

SPEAKER_00

I was so angry for so many years, and it's exhausting almost. I'm like, no, I I want to feel good, I want to be happy, I want to be positive, and it's it is a choice. Yeah, it is a choice because sometimes it is hard. Like people really get underneath my children's. It's a hard choice sometimes.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it's a hard choice sometimes. Not always easy, and it's not always like the it's some it's a lot of times it's the harder thing to do in the moment. But then once you figure it out and you get that light bulb that snaps, you are like in a totally, totally different state of mind. Super cool.

SPEAKER_00

But also, like you're successful in what you do, right?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I feel like people will probably gravitate towards you. I I'll say walking in this room, I gravitated towards you. You have that energy about you. And I'm telling you, it's that positivity. It's it's just like the same thing for me. People gr naturally will gravitate towards me, towards the events. Every every event from a new girl, I get feedback. You're amazing at what you do. Your energy is insane. And it's like, yeah, I because I choose to be this way. I could easily be in bed all day if I really wanted to, but no, it is a choice, and you do really get to wake up every day and be like, I'm gonna take on this day.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, heck yeah. You own the day, not the day owns you.

SPEAKER_00

Exactly.

SPEAKER_03

So we got this booty brunch and bubbly. I know you've been doing it at some, I would say San Antonio landmarks, right? Yeah, throughout the place, especially with the size of uh uh people you have showing up to uh these events. What's next for booty, brunch, and bubbly?

SPEAKER_00

So I want to start taking it outwards. Um we did two events in Austin, one in January, one in February. Uh good success turnout there. I want to start taking them to different markets Houston, Dallas, uh, start in Texas first, and then maybe we start branching out. But yeah, that's in the works.

SPEAKER_03

How does that go uh business wise? You do the marketing in Austin, Houston, Dallas?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so um paid ads. We're gonna start doing more paid ads. Um, and then also having basically business wise, right? So now I want to start having these um venues start paying me to come be the face, run the workout, and then it's their responsibility to do the marketing, do all the ads and all that stuff.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

That's great. What um you've done two out of town. What has been the hardest thing so far going out of town? Is it the logistics, getting everybody set up? Is it the marketing, getting people to show up?

SPEAKER_00

I think the marketing was the hardest part. Um, I did a lot of footwork on those events because I didn't run ads and I probably should have, but um, it was a lot of like reaching out to Austin locals, um, having the venue like like post on their end as well, um, but still having to split a cost with the venue. So I was like, I don't really like to do that. Um, those those events weren't as profitable, so I want to start really like no zoning in on the marketing a little better in in other cities too.

SPEAKER_01

What's the ticket price?

SPEAKER_00

About $42. Oh, that's good. Yep. And then your workout, your brunch, and a drink is included with that.

SPEAKER_01

All that's included? Mm-hmm. Come on, and a free t-shirt.

SPEAKER_00

Shout out to our sponsors, you get a t-shirt as well.

SPEAKER_03

That's awesome. Thank you. When's the next one?

SPEAKER_00

June 27th.

SPEAKER_03

June 27th. Where it? We're in between two venues.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, in between two venues.

SPEAKER_03

When you're looking for these venues, what are you looking for?

SPEAKER_00

Space. Yeah, because we do typically have such a big turnout, we got to fit the yoga mats. Um, our girls are a little bougie, you know, I'm a little bougie. We like nice things. So being indoors is preferred, especially in this Texas heat, or just in case it rains. Um, it's just it's always safer and more fun to have it indoors.

SPEAKER_01

What was your favorite venue so far?

SPEAKER_00

Um, I love River North Ice House. It's beautiful. They have a disco ball, they have a stage for me. It's great. 1902 was a lot of fun. Um Rev was a lot of fun too. Yeah. And Prestige Motorsports. That's a cool place. We do love prestige. Yeah. We did our one year and our two-year anniversary. Yeah, yeah. We did our one year and our two-year anniversary at Prestige. So shout out to them.

SPEAKER_03

So, how does the flow go? When someone shows up, they check in.

SPEAKER_00

Yep, I have my four girls at the at the door. Um, we typically have the yoga mats laid out. Shout out to our sponsors, Gomes Law Firm. They uh sponsored those. So we have our yoga mats laid out already on the floor. You show up, you show up, the girls greet you, check in your ticket, you get your t-shirt, you get a ticket for a giveaway, and then you grab all your goodies and you're good to go.

SPEAKER_03

And you start working out.

SPEAKER_00

And we start working out.

SPEAKER_03

How long's the workout?

SPEAKER_00

Anywhere from like 35 to 45 minutes.

SPEAKER_03

And you're leading force the uh workout's done, then what?

SPEAKER_00

We go into our giveaways, which are always great. Shout out to our vendors and sponsors. I always show out for the girls. Like we have anywhere from 10 to sometimes 20 giveaways an event. So you're pretty likely to win something at the events. Uh this last event we actually gave away a Louis bag, and it was beautiful. It was insane. Yeah. So for our Mother's Day event, we gave out a whole goodie bag or Louis bag. It was great. Um, so yeah, so then we go into giveaways and then um we just do a couple announcements and then we just break into brunch, girls eat, and then they'll shop all the vendors, just have some time. Depending on the vibes, like this last one, Mother's Day, we weren't really dancing too much, but the one at 1902, we did a whole like twerk class on our two-year anniversary of prestige. We did a whole twerk like um um challenge. Yeah, we had two winners. It was it was crazy. Two winners. Yeah. Two winners, $100 each.

SPEAKER_01

Nice. Who are some of your vendors?

SPEAKER_00

Um, let's see. We have Gotma's Law Firm, the Bull Law Firm. Um, we have different spas that come out, like injectors. We have uh little boutiques like Kaliana's boutique. I was just on the news with her. She was real cute. She makes custom Spurs gear. Um, we do anywhere from like rocks, discount vitamins. Um, yeah, it's like a lot of different like small businesses, boutiques, girly things, a lot of jewelry, permanent jewelry. Um, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Speaking of uh Spurs gear, are you a big Spurs fan?

SPEAKER_00

Big Spurs fan, big Spurs girl.

SPEAKER_03

You went to the last Spurs game, or you went to the Spurs game recently?

SPEAKER_00

I did. I sat courtside the last game.

SPEAKER_03

How was it in the playoffs? How was that experience?

SPEAKER_00

Oh my gosh, it was insane. Like I it was insane. Um, I literally sat down, maybe five seconds later, Anthony Edwards comes like crashing like right into me, and I'm like trying to keep it cool. I grabbed my phone, trying to record off.

SPEAKER_03

Push him away.

SPEAKER_00

The guys behind me are like, you should have poked him in the eye. That's why you're wearing heels. I was like, oh gosh. No. Um yeah, I've been blessed to be at every playoff game so far. I'm really, really grateful. It's every playoff game. It's been an experience. Big fan. Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Big fan. From high school back then, because you play sports back then or something.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I played sports back then, but oh, when we were winning the finals in high school and all that, I was making my dad take me at midnight to go line up at Academy to get the final shirts and go honking. I was, yeah, we were doing all the things.

SPEAKER_03

You still going honky now?

SPEAKER_00

I have not gone honking. Um, but you know, I I'm if I'm not at the game, I'm at probably River North Ice House. I'm s I mean screaming at the TVs, hitting the countertops. Like I'm just, yeah, we're going crazy.

SPEAKER_03

That's cool.

SPEAKER_01

Downtown gets wild. Downtown doesn't get wild.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that's a little too wild for me.

SPEAKER_01

Military's worse. I used to live down. Oh, I know. I used to live downtown. And I actually went to the I don't know what was it, 2014 we won or 13. And normally my drive was up because I lived off Houston Street by um uh the children's hospital. And it was like a high rise right there. And uh normally it's a 12-minute drive. Bro, three and a half hours. I saw people falling out of the back of truck beds. Like the craziest stuff ever. Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, I've all the videos going viral right now. I'm like, yeah, that's a little too much for me.

SPEAKER_03

Twerking on top of the car?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, you know, I like to twerk not like that. Classy, classy. Keep it cute, you know. So I just watched me see them down there. Uh-uh.

SPEAKER_03

That's funny. Okay, so that's uh that's a lot. Yeah, you definitely got a lot going on, right? And I'm excited for you to take that next journey out of out of the city. Yeah. That's a big move. Yeah, definitely.

SPEAKER_00

It's a lot of fun.

SPEAKER_03

Be home in San Antonio to go to a different city. That's great to a CRM. Yeah, you gotta get a CRM. Yeah, get it organized and and structured. Now, what about your content, right? So you got a lot of content going on. You said you do that yourself, or how does that what's your thought process when it comes to content? Because it's a lot just doing what you're doing. On top of that, you're pushing out a lot of content. Yeah. It's a lot. How does that content game look?

SPEAKER_00

Whew, uh, it's challenging, I will say that. Um, shout out to Jay, AA Visuals. He does all my content for the Booty Brunch and Bubli. So he'll do my video recaps, he'll help me shoot the promos, and then he'll shoot uh photos as well. So he'll basically just send them all over. I'm the one posting, doing the captions, doing things like that. Um, but really, I will be honest, it it is a struggle for me doing the content because I am still working on my online business. I want to promote my training, but I also want to promote the events. And then I also don't want to be a robot and just post business. I'm I'm a baddie in real life. You know, I want to post my life and have some fun doing it. So it's trying to find a balance between like kind of all three. Um, also, I do like promo work for other small businesses and things like that. So they pay me to do different videos. And so it's just like kind of finding the structure. I try not to post too much of one time, but leading up to BBB, I mean, you're you're gonna be blasted with all booty brunch bubbly stuff. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Did you ever take any social media classes or how'd you get no, nothing?

SPEAKER_00

No. I I mean, I started posting um when I was 18, and I was posting on Instagram five times a day, like boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Um, and then whenever the stories came out, we started doing stories more. Um, and it's just, you know, I had to really learn to get comfortable on camera. I wasn't comfortable at first. It was kind of like, okay, like I gotta, you know, talk on the camera. Like it was pretty uncomfortable. But I think just doing it for so long, just really, you know. Um, and one thing I've always been was very genuine, very authentic, even on social media. Like one thing I can't do is fake it. So if I'm not in the mood to be on film that day on camera, I'm not gonna do it. I won't get on my stories, I won't talk. Um, it's just not genuine. So I always try to think or I always try to keep everything very clean, very genuine, very just myself and authentic.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

If you can uh teach our audience a strategy or one thing and really take away, what would Beto say to someone to become their own hustler, become their own entrepreneur?

SPEAKER_00

Go all in. Don't be afraid to dabble in something. Like if you feel like you are really wanting to do this, you really have to go all in and commit to it. You know, it's great to have multiple streams of incomes, it's great to do other things, but you really want to be able to have one solid thing that you're locked in on. Mine's the fitness, right? I do content creation on the side, whatever, but really lock in on something and go all the way in.

SPEAKER_03

Now, this next question. Whatever your response is, I'm gonna judge you really hard on it.

SPEAKER_00

I'm scared.

SPEAKER_03

Not that bad. But I judge people on their response. What's Veto's favorite movie?

SPEAKER_00

Oh, you're gonna judge me. Oh, here we go. You're gonna judge me so bad. What is it? Mean girls.

SPEAKER_03

I knew you was gonna say mean girls. You said it earlier. I was like, yeah, she's gonna say mean girls. Why? Because you said earlier you said something about you were a mean girl in high school. I didn't know that's why I laughed. Regina George, was that you?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that was me. I'm better now.

SPEAKER_03

I like how you know that.

SPEAKER_00

I'm a heeled woman.

SPEAKER_03

She doesn't even go here.

SPEAKER_00

She doesn't even go here. What are you talking about? My friends made a sticker of me doing that, actually. I have a hoodie on and I have like these shades on, and I kind of like it's hilarious, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, Regina George, that has to be you with the hair and everything. You know, it's fine.

SPEAKER_00

With the hair and everything. Love it.

SPEAKER_03

Oh my god. Second favorite movie.

SPEAKER_00

Um Mean Girls. White chicks.

SPEAKER_03

White chicks? Can you do the dance?

SPEAKER_00

No, don't have to do it. You should do it for the booty bunch of bubbly. Oh my god. White chick version. No, no, because I'm Latrell, on the dance floor all the time. Yeah, that's me.

SPEAKER_03

I saw the video. Yeah. You did? I did.

SPEAKER_00

That's me.

SPEAKER_03

The white chick video.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, I'm the life of the party every time.

SPEAKER_03

The reel you did with the white chicks, the trail.

SPEAKER_00

I'm the life of the party every time.

SPEAKER_03

Okay. Speaking of being a hustler, now this is the Trump the Hustle podcast, right? Trump the hustle to me, it's not a slogan, it's not a motto, it's truly a way of life. What does Trump the hustle mean to Vettel?

SPEAKER_00

Don't be a little bitch and actually get all that you need to get done.

SPEAKER_01

That's good. Well, we are coming to the end of this episode. We really appreciate you coming on and taking time out of your day to be here.
